The doctor I see is dr. Alex Tran. I'm 67 years old and he by far is the most accurate and caring Dr. I've ever had. I feel very comfortable when I go there and always get smiles from all the people working at the desk. I moved out of the area but I will not change my doctor. . Thank you for your looking out for my healthcare Dr. Tran. They don't make them any better than you.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS. I honestly feel that this facility is not the same as it used to be. I used to like coming here. The so call “Doctors” don’t treat their patients with care. Every appointment now has felt so rushed. Alex Tran & Amanda Armendariz are the reason I don’t like coming here anymore. They’re both so careless, they have a bad attitude and they just made me feel uncomfortable on my visits. Alex Tran told me how he had to squeeze me in for an appointment & that if I had any other concerns that weren’t related to this particular appointment, I would have to make another one. That’s so unprofessional. & he calls himself a Dr? Lol I don’t think so. The receptionists also are never welcoming and with their nasty attitudes. So ugky of them.I guess they all fit in in that facility. A group of meanies. Time to find another facility. Save your time and go somewhere else! (:

Terrible! They have the most incompetent, lazy, and careless doctors, nurses, and administrative staff here. The worst part is the referral department. The operation and management here resemble that in Mexico. Whole English is spoken here, it appears to be a second language. It'd take a very long time (weeks, if not months) to get an appointment with a real doctor here. Most of the time you'd be seen by a PA instead. And the PAs on staff here are fresh out of school and clueless. By the way, avoid Dr. Tran. He has an I-don't-care attitude. He and many others working at this clinic treat the patients according to their insurance policy, not based on their medical needs! This place is just another for-big-profit business. They definitely are not in it for anyone's wellness or well-being, but only their own. Run away for this medical group before it's too late.
